The evaluation for this stage is based on three main points-
1. English speaking and Khmer general knowledge
2. Family situation (income, expense, members, labor, property...) - ask the details about family
3. Poor certification from the Government
The short list candidates must be excited, and we will choose carefully together to support!!
Stage 3 will be to organise a trip to see all 35 students families
