Pheak joined CRST in 2013 after graduating from high school, and graduated with his Bachelor Degree in 2020. He now lives in Phnom Penh, and is working as an Assistant Finance Manager. Pheak will be graduating with his MBA from Pannasastra University of Cambodia this year.

Veun

Veun joined CRST in 2011 when he was in grade 12. He graduated with his Bachelor Degree in 2020 majoring in International Relations and is now studying for a Master's Degree in Development Management at Norton in Phnom Penh. Veun is working as an Assistant to the Executive Director for a not-for-profit  organization.

Sreng

Sreng joined CRST in 2013 and In 2019 he was the first CRST student to receive an overseas scholarship to study his Bachelor of Management Information Systems (MIS) at Temple University in Philadelphia. He is now studying his MBA at the American University of Phnom Penh and working at the Cambodian Ministry of Economics and Finance.

Samach

Samach joined CRST in 2011 when she was in grade 12. After graduating from university, Samach and Doeb got married and moved to Phnom Penh for work and further their studies. Samach is working as an Accounting and Tax Manager and just completed her MBA majoring in Finance and Banking. Samach and Doeb are the proud parents of Thavout!!

Doeb

Doeb joined CRST in 2011 when he was in grade 11. After graduating from university, Doeb and Samach got married and moved to Phnom Penh for work and further their studies. Today Doeb is the Mentor in Residence and Executive Director of Cambodia Rural Students Trust and studying Law at University of South-East Asia.

Ramet

Ramet joined CRST in 2014. He graduated with a Bachelor Degree at Pannasastra University of Cambodia in 2021. He is currently continuing his Master Degree at the National University of Management, majoring in Marketing. He is now working as a Project Officer at Cambodian Center for Independent Media (CCIM)

Barang

Barang joined CRST in 2016 while he was in grade 11 and after graduating from his Bachelor Degree in early 2022, is continuing to study his MBA at Paragon International University. He is working for the United Nations in Phnom Penh as an Assistant Project Manager at the Food and Agriculture Organisation.

Sompeas

Sompeas joined CRST in 2014 with the ambition of becoming a lawyer so she could represent members of society who don’t have a voice. She was a member of our Senior Leadership Team and our first Girls’ Affairs Manager. After completing her Bachelor of Law Degree at the American University of Phnom Penh, in 2021 she received a scholarship to study her Juris Doctor Law Degree (JD) at The University of Arizona in Tucson and graduated in 2023!!

Aviv Palti

Based in Melbourne, Aviv provides leadership and direction to the NGO team. Aviv is the CEO at Lifestyle Brands, one of Australia's leading marketers of photographic, stationery and home decor products, with worldwide distribution channels.

Jessica Palti

Based in Melbourne, Jess is a key mentor to the leadership and project teams, with a particular focus on women’s empowerment, community enrichment and marketing communication.  Jess is the Marketing and Studio Manager at Lifestyle Brands International.

Linne Yun

Based in Siem Reap, Linne acts as a local Advisor to our NGO, providing us with his knowledge and guidance in all matters regarding the managing of local customs, relationships and governance issues.

 

Linne studied at Macquarie Univeristy in Sydney, Australia, and has held roles at Angkor University and the Children's Hospital in Siem Reap. His involvment in our NGO, like all the rest of us, is on a voluntary basis.
