Here is a bit update of our Yoga class what we have done so far.
We have finished three classes, and we started with a little bit of everything so the yoga teacher could see the reaction from students so that he could plan in the next sessions. In the next classes, we will focus more on about how to release stress, and many others poses which are related with studying.
The classes were going well with everyone having fun. Everyone has loved it because it was much more helpful for physical and psychological health. Yoga class activities is great because we are exercising and I believe that it will help a lot about our students' health mentally and physically. Here are couple photos of our classes
